I’m Kayla Itsines, co-founder and head trainer at Sweat! I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and am also certified in pregnancy and postnatal exercise. My goal has always been to empower women by giving them the practical tools they need to improve their health and fitness and feel more confident.

Program Overview
This program combines HIIT and strength training, so you can reap the benefits of both! After consistently being a community favourite, Kayla has refreshed it based on member feedback to fire up your 2026 Sweat Challenge even more.
There are three 20-30 minute weekly workouts to complete - Total Body Burn, Heart Pumping Conditioning, and Strength & Endurance. The workouts are designed to be fast-paced and high-intensity, but you can adjust the intensity by choosing a pace that suits you.
